Allie's new glasses!

Darren and I arrived home from our mini-trip for our Anniversary. Pictures to come soon. We are tired, but Allie wanted me to put this up....

Last month Annie and Allie had thier 6 month eye check up. We had to dialate thier eyes for 2 days prior to the appt. They don't take the eye drops easy, I feel so bad when I have put them in. Sometimes it takes 2 of us to put them in. When we went Annie's eyes changed a little and the blood vessels are bulging a little more so we have to keep a close watch on her. Thats why she had laser eye surgery before, at 2 months of age. So I don't know if she can have it again to correct the problem. We shall see. She did have to get a stronger perscription.
Allie has a stegmetism in her eyes. Her eyes are opposite then Annies. She needs glasses now to read, color and the close up stuff. She has mixed emotions about getting them. We have been having lots of talks about wearing glasses. Annie just looks at her like what is the big deal. lol  She found some she wanted but the insurance didnt cover them so it was a long process trying to pick some out cause she was stuck. But we finally picked out some. So when picked up the girls from Grandma and Grandpas house we came home and there was a message saying they came in. So we all went to Allegan to pick them up. She was a little excited. :)
