Olivia makes us supper...

The other day Olivia wanted to cook her favorite dinner, Porcupine meatballs. I let her do everything, open the cans, measure and mix. I just read the recipe to her and she ran with it. When it was time to put the hamburger in the bowl she touched the meat and was grossed out. She said I don't like touching the meat. I told her get used to it if she wants to be a cook. I also told her think of it like cookie dough, because our hamburger is packaged in a tube shape. she said it is so not like that. I just laughed at her. She got the hang of it. She did an awesome job. It turned out really good, she can cook for me any day.

End of the year field trips

Olivia and Emilie both had field trips at the end of this school year.

Olivia went to Fredrick Meijer Gardens to see the butterfly habitat. It was a very nice trip. The weather was nice and we were able to see alot of beautiful butterflies.

Emilie went to a Dairy Farm to look at cows, it wasn't that exciting for her. Next she went to another farm with lots of small animals they could pet, but the best thing for her was she was able to ride a horse.
